St. Mary's Elementary has opened a new middle school campus in Lancaster at the former Our Lady of Pompeii School, expanding to accommodate a surge in enrollment that had left the school's main campus with a waiting list.

St. Christopher's School in the Town of Tonawanda has added two new security upgrades, including a visitor management system and wearable panic buttons for all staff.

Catholic Academy of West Buffalo (CAWB) and Our Lady of Victory Elementary School (OLV) in Lackawanna will consolidate next September as the Diocese of Buffalo seeks to strengthen Catholic elementary education.

With a steady increase in enrollment combined with strong parental and parish support, St. Mary's Elementary School in Lancaster will open a second campus in September 2026.
