The 25th annual diocesan art exhibition recently took place at St. Andrew's Country Day School in Kenmore. The event began with a family Mass in the church.  Following Mass, the exhibit took place through the school from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.

More than 300 pieces of artwork, from more than 20 schools throughout the diocese, filled the hallways. The artists range in age from prekindergarten through grade 12, each with their own flare of creativity. The St. Andrew's art gallery was also open, displaying the hard work of its students.

During the opening reception, all children in attendance were encouraged to participate in a group art project. Inside McNulty Hall, there was a banner that the children were asked to decorate using the outlines of hearts in an effort to enhance a Bible quote. It also helped symbolize how the school students were a community brought together by the love of God.
