Active Family Happy Family | Fall Runs to Keep the Gang Active

Oct. 21st, 2016 11:52 am
Fall is chock-full of seasonal fun, from apple picking to pumpkin carving.  But Western New York Catholic Schools urges everyone not to forget about staying active.  We all know maintaining a healthy lifestyle plays an important role in cultivating healthy habits that last a lifetime.  It is recommended that school-age children have one or more hours of moderate and vigorous physical activity on most or all days.  In case you missed National Child Health Day earlier this month, we're suggesting 3 family friendly runs that will help your family stay active while enjoying the sounds, sights and smells of the season!
